Yes! For custom orders, we will send a digital design proof to the email address you provided at checkout. You must approve this proof before we begin production. Please keep an eye on your email (and spam folder) so your order isn't delayed.

Please check your spelling carefully before you approve the design proof. Once you approve the proof and we begin engraving or pouring resin, we cannot make changes. We are not responsible for spelling errors that were approved by the customer.

Yes, we can engrave most logos and images. However, you must own the rights to the image (e.g., your company logo) or have permission to use it. We cannot engrave copyrighted material (like Disney characters or sports team logos) without official permission.

Because our items are handmade, production times vary:
• Laser Engraved Wood/Acrylic: Typically 3–5 business days.
• Epoxy Resin Items: Typically 7–14 business days. (Resin requires several layers and takes time to fully cure and harden).

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate you, but a rush fee will be applied if the order is required within 48 hours or less. Note: We cannot rush the chemical curing time of epoxy resin—it needs time to harden properly!

Yes, we use high-quality, food-safe epoxy resin for items intended for food contact (like cutting boards or coasters). However, you should not cut directly on the epoxy resin sections with sharp knives, as it will scratch.

No. Please hand wash only with mild soap and water. Never put wood or epoxy items in the dishwasher, microwave, or oven. High heat and soaking water can ruin the wood and cloud the resin.

We use high-grade UV-resistant epoxies to minimize yellowing. However, all resin can slightly change over time if exposed to constant, direct sunlight. We recommend keeping your keepsakes out of harsh, direct UV rays for prolonged periods.
